The beds are very comfy to sleep on. The best thing is location - adjacent to the centre and the pub and the beer garden. The service is attentive, includes free parking. The staff is accommodating and the rooms are bright and cosy.

Reasonably priced and nice cosy units with tea, TV and a well presented bathroom. the staff were reasonably good. - I found the hotel's location excellent, really close to Christmas market and all the other attractions. - the pub and carpets throughout were great.

The hotel was in a magnificent location very close to a warm and bustling pub. Furthermore, close to centre. Booked a room with great views, and the staff were very attentive and reasonably good people with free champagne.
